To secure your preferred date, we advise booking your yacht charter 2–3 weeks ahead, or further in advance from May to September during the high season. For special events like corporate meetings or private parties, scheduling your charter 4–6 weeks beforehand will ensure availability and allow ample time for personalization.
What is the protocol for unfavorable weather conditions?
Our primary concern is your safety. In the event our captain deems the weather unsuitable for sailing, we will propose a new date or issue a complete refund. Weather predictions are constantly monitored, and should the forecast be concerning, we will reach out to you a day before your charter is scheduled to depart.
Am I allowed to bring my own refreshments?
You are more than welcome to supply your own refreshments. Nevertheless, we offer exemplary catering services that can be tailored to your taste preferences. Please be aware, for safety purposes, bringing glass containers onboard is not allowed.
Do your yachts accommodate guests with limited mobility?
We aim to make our yachts accessible to all guests. Some of our yachts feature better accessibility options than others, so it's best to get in touch with us regarding specific requirements at the time you make your booking. We'll suggest the most appropriate vessel and make any necessary preparations.
What is your policy on cancellations?
For cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to departure, a full refund is given. If you cancel within 24 to 72 hours, you'll be refunded 50% of your payment. Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to departure are non-refundable, except in cases of adverse weather conditions or yacht malfunctions attributable to our fault.
